Templates for Project Management

In the table below you will find the official NMS templates for application and reporting to NMS for regular projects.
The different documents must be sent to the local field coordinator within the different deadlines.

Application	Simplified NMS Project Application Template – for projects requesting less than 15,000 USD annually from NMS Application – for projects requesting 15,000 USD or more from NMS Application Annex – for Institutions Application Budget – for all projects
Annual Report	Simplified NMS Annual Report Template – for projects requesting less than 15,000 USD annually from NMS Annual NMS Report Template – for projects requesting 15,000 USD or more from NMS Annual Report Annex – for Institutions Annual Financial Report – for all projects
