Deadlines for GFPs

These are the deadlines for government funded projects in NMS.

All documents must be sent to the local NMS field coordinator by the following deadline.

Deadline	What
15 January	Annual Report Narrative, GRF and Financial
	Final Report for projects that ended last year.
15 February	Local audit report [1]
15 April	Applications for new projects starting next year
15 May	Annual Plan for next year with budget
15 July	Semi annual report and reallocation budget for current year
15 October	Third-quarter financial report
15 November	Final budget for current year
1 December	Revised annual plan and budget for next year
	Tentative allocation letter for next year, signed by partner.
	Final allocation letter for current year, signed by partner.

[1] Local auditor gets instructions from the Nowegian auditor. Reports must be sent to field coordinator and NMS controller.
